MEET OUR LATEST MODEL EYAL BOOKER
With a new season comes a new model, so without further ado we’d like to welcome a new addition to the BANG&STRIKE family… Meet Eyal Booker. After our shoot, we took the time to get to know Eyal a little better…
B&S: So, tell us a little bit about your background? How old are you, where are you from?
I’m Eyal booker .. London Born and raised and I’ve just recently turned 20! I love the outdoors and inspiring people to become better versions of themselves.
B&S: How did you first get into modelling?
At a very young age I joined a kids agency called Truly Scrumptious alongside my 2 older brothers. I never thought it would develop into a career. but since I first started modelling I grew a strong passion towards it.
B&S: What’s been your favourite modelling job (apart from BANG&STRIKE of course!)
Bang&Strike was really a great environment to work in. I had so much fun with the team on set and the day literally flew by. Lately I’ve shot quite regularly for Adidas.. That’s been a wicked experience and I’ve loved every minute! The team of people are always so lovely and the brand itself is great.
B&S: I heard you were in a band? Tell me how it started out, and how’s it all going? Describe your sound?
Up until very recently I was in a band called EverYoung. That being said we have all decided to go on a break and pursue different avenues. I attended the Sylvia Young Theatre school part time up until the age of 16.. At 16 I got approached to join the band which Sylvia had set up along with being signed to her independent record label Seymour Place Music. By joining EverYoung I restricted myself from one of my main passions which is modelling and therefore one of the reasons why I decided to take some time out is so that I can explore some of the opportunities that I was unable to explore over the past 3.5 years. However I fully intend on making music in the future so once I establish myself and have an audience who wants to listen I’ll be writing real music that comes from my heart!
B&S: If you could play anywhere and to anyone, where and who would it be?
The O2 arena.. To a sold out arena full of people that have only ever shown me love and support.
B&S: How do you keep fit? Do you have a specific workout regime?
BEAT THE BURN. I wouldn’t call it a specific workout regime but it’s something I think about every time I train. When you start to feel that burn during a set of any exercise most people end their set and rest until they are ready to go again, that’s not how I train. Beat the burn is exactly what it says on the tin, when you’ve reached that point in your set where you think you can go no further… That’s when you push. Get 6-10 more reps and beat that burn. That in my opinion is when you see the best results.
B&S: Boxers or briefs?
Always boxers.
B&S: Describe yourself in 3 words?
Free thinker, motivator and optimist.
B&S: If you could invite 3 people, dead or alive, to a dinner party, who would you invite?
B&S: What can’t you stop listening to at the minute?
Major Lazors new album seriously gives you that summer vibe feeling.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Establishing myself as a model in both the fitness and fashion world. Branching out slowly but surely into TV presenting and hosting.
B&S: Finally, what’s coming up next for you?
