Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and not too tight.

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and your arms relaxed at your sides.

If you fall between two sizes we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, relaxed fit.
